When a customer makes a reservation, you receive their contact details and can arrange payment directly via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. What happens if I run out of stock?

Storefront prevents overselling by automatically tracking your inventory. You can set a low-stock threshold to receive email alerts, and items will automatically be labeled as "Out of Stock" in the chat when they hit zero.

What if a customer reserves an item but never pays?

Reservations automatically expire if you do not fulfill them within a set timeframe (which defaults to 24 hours but can be adjusted in your settings). Once expired, the stock is automatically restored to your inventory.
